Additives That You Will Find In Daily Menu, Most countries who use them are aware of the harm they cause, and have already done some legislative efforts to remove it from the market.
E123 – is banned in the United States and the former Soviet states. It is found in candy, jelly beans, candy mints, melted cheese and cream cheese. It is considered the most potent carcinogen of all additives.
In the same category takes part E 110, which is found in sweets, especially pudding powders coloring them in an attractive yellow, tasty, known as the “sunset”.
E 330 – produces disorders of the mouth and has strong carcinogenic action. It is found in most juices that are on the market.
E 102 – is another dye found in sweets, especially in puddings. It also has carcinogenic action.
The list was created by a report by the Office of Consumer from European Common Market. The list is not completed and there will be doing research for discovering other harmful additives. There are cases where the dyes from egg paints were toxic or alcohol in vinegar was a real danger to the stomach.
European Union researchers can deceive about additives and thus appear on the market some products that contain toxic substances.
Saying that, however, all E-s are a total danger for food is alarmist and untrue. The use of additives in large amount would jeopardize product quality first and any producer wants its product to gain a better place on the market. Consuming additives in well established amounts do not affect the body. For a greater safety of the citizens the authorities should provide funds for the laboratories. This would avoid any unpleasant surprises in the domestic or foreign manufacturers. Until then it is good that when you go shopping to read the ingredients printed on the package name and if you have any questions, ask the dealer or directly to the Office of Consumer Protection.
